Freight Carrier-Finding Platform ScoopMonkey.com Adds Powerful Lane Search and Due Diligence Tools for Brokers
New software tools for freight brokers provide easy, fast due diligence and search to find the best carriers in trucking

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS (APRIL 7, 2016) – ScoopMonkey.com, the trucking industry’s premier ratings, reviews, and reputation management platform, has expanded its cloud-based software offering for transportation brokers. New tools include an innovative Lane Search for finding the best carriers for a broker’s particular lane requirements, a Carrier Monitoring service to closely watch carriers, and expanded search options to find new companies.

“The new tools at ScoopMonkey are designed specifically to make a transportation broker’s life easier, help hem find new and great carriers, and most importantly, grow their business quickly and efficiently,” said Eddie Peloke, CEO and co-founder of ScoopMonkey.com. “We have designed these tools with input of brokerage companies on the types of services they demand, and feel we have created the best carrier-monitoring and carrier-finding service for brokers in the trucking business.”

ScoopMonkey features for brokers include:

  • Search. A powerful search engine to find every U.S.-registered carrier by lane, location, and more
  • Rate and Review. A review platform similar to popular online B2C review services allow brokers to rate carriers and vice versa
  • Profile Customization. Registered users can update their profile images, add photos, update information, and stand out from the rest
  • Carrier Monitoring. Brokers and others can “flag” carriers to be notified when FMCSA data changes or new ratings/reviews appear
  • Lane Search. Uncover the best carriers for specific hauling needs and locations

ScoopMonkey this month also redesigned its entire site with a sleeker user experience and interface for creating and responding to reviews. Users can also access the mobile-responsive service on smartphones or tablets. ScoopMonkey.com costs $79 a month for brokers, which includes a 30-day free trial.
